Chapter 1: General Provisions
Article 1 [Purpose]
These Terms of Service (hereinafter “Terms”) are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the company providing the service “Wedding Budget Master” (hereinafter “Company”) and the users (hereinafter “Members” or “Users”) in relation to the use of internet-based and mobile application services provided by the Company.
Article 2 [Definitions]
- “Service” refers to all internet-based services provided through the Wedding Budget Master application, accessible via PC, mobile devices, or other platforms.
- “Application” refers to the mobile application “Wedding Budget Master” operated by the Company.
- “Member” means an individual who registers and agrees to these Terms to use the Company’s services.
- “Non-member” means a person who uses the services without registering.
- “Subscription Service” means paid digital content or premium functions provided to Members on a recurring billing basis (monthly, yearly, or otherwise).
- “Cancellation” refers to the termination of the subscription or service usage by either the Member or the Company.
Article 3 [Posting, Amendment, and Effectiveness of Terms]
- These Terms shall be posted within the Service or on the Company’s website so that Users may review them at any time.
- The Company may amend these Terms in compliance with applicable international laws and consumer protection regulations.
- Amendments to the Terms shall be announced in advance, and continued use of the Service after the effective date shall constitute deemed acceptance.
- Members who do not agree with the revised Terms may terminate their membership or cancel their subscription.
Article 4 [Governing Rules]
Any matters not stipulated in these Terms shall be governed by applicable international consumer protection laws, local regulations in the User’s jurisdiction, and general business practices.
Chapter 2: Service Agreement
Article 5 [Formation of Agreement]
